The IC-F29SDR is part of Icom’s range of professional licence-free digital radios. Reminiscent of the popular IC-F4029SDR, the IC-F29SDR features an LCD screen which shows useful information such as channel and activated functions. In addition, the IC-F29SDR operates on the new dPMR446 & PMR446 channel allocations with a powerful 1500mW built-in speaker providing clear audio in noisy environments. The IC-F29SDR is designed to offer users a more professional choice of radio without the need of licencing with an easy to use handheld packed with health and safety features.

32 Digital dPMR446 Channels & 16 Analogue PMR446 Channels
Incorporating the latest dPMR446/PMR446 channel allocations, the IC-F29SDR features 4 Zones (2 analogue and 2 digital) providing the user with a host of useable channels to suit their needs. No need to apply for a licence, simply turn the radio on straight out of the box and start transmitting.

Health & Safety Features
You can effectively inform others of an emergency by enabling the ‘Alert Ring’ function by holding down the ‘Orange’ key on the top of the transceiver for 2 seconds. Once the radio starts transmitting the ‘Alert Ring’, it will repeatedly transmit the ringer sound until the Orange key is held down again. The ‘Lone Worker’ function also transmits the ‘Alert Ring’ if no operation occurs during a pre-set period of time.

LCD Display
The LCD display can show the selected channel and Common ID, activated/deactivated functions and received status messages*.
*PC configurable status messages can be sent.

VOX Hands-Free Operation
With either optional headset*, HS-94LWP or HS-95LWP, built in VOX function provides convenient hands-free operation. The HS-94LWP/HS-95LWP has a waterproof connector*.
*OPC-2004LA required for VOX operation. HS-94 and HS-95 can also be used with OPC-2004LA.

16 Assignable Favourite Channels
You can now save up to 16 favourite channels which are accessible via the 16CH rotary selector on top of the radio.
