The SWATCOM Multicom3 is a communication solution that integrates with safety helmets and will enable up to 10 users the ability to communicate simultaneously & hands-free up to 400m, while also being able to integrate face protection if required.
The SWATCOM Multicom3 is a full-duplex intercom that can be integrated with safety helmets that have standard 30mm slots. The SWATCOM Multicom3 enables clear concise communications between up to 10 users over distances up to 400m and has 8 hours battery life.

What is full-duplex? Full-duplex communication allows for two-way communication between two or more parties, an example being speaking on a mobile phone call.
Delivery
We ship our products worldwide, with varying costs and delivery time depending on the country.
- Free UK delivery on orders over £50
- We typically provide next day delivery to the UK and EU, provided the order is placed before 13:00 BST Monday – Thursday.
- US and Canada delivery estimate is normally 2-3 days.
- Everywhere else in the world can expect delivery within 7 days.
Returns
We offer a 30 day returns policy that adheres to the following conditions, as well as the rest of the conditions set out within our Terms & Conditions.
- You may cancel your order and return the items purchased to us by giving us notice of cancellation within 30 days of the date of delivery to you or your collection from a trade counter (as applicable). In relation to goods delivered to you, you may need to take delivery of the goods before you can cancel your order if the goods are placed into our delivery process before we receive your notice of cancellation. Where your order comprises multiple delivery shipments, the 30 day cancellation period for the goods in your order runs from the date of the delivery of the last shipment to you.
- On cancellation for whatever reason, where you have received the goods you must return the goods to us (together with the original packaging) without undue delay and in any event within 14 days after the day of the cancellation at your cost, unless we agree that you may dispose of them, in which case please comply with the manufacturer’s instructions before disposing of hazardous goods.
