SERVICE & REPAIR CENTRE
Talking Headsets is a Premier Distributor & Approved Service Centre for MSA Sordin and we are also a Service Centre and sole UK importers for: 2talk, A-KABEL, Endura Rapid Chargers, Sonetics and SWATCOM.
We offer full warranty and repair support to all the products we sell to ensure they are repaired to the manufacturer’s high standards.
We aim to have products estimated (if required) or repaired within one to two weeks of receipt into our workshops. Please ensure you give us as much information about the faults to your products as possible. This will also help to speed up turnaround time. We are ISO9001:2008 accredited to ensure the highest quality workmanship is maintained.
If you require an estimate for your repair please ensure you notify us otherwise we will carry out the repair and charge accordingly. Estimates that are subsequently declined will be subject to a minimum £15.00 + VAT charge along with £8.50 carriage charge if the product is to be returned.

We also offer a fixed price repair/service on certain items which guarantees the product will be repaired and serviced. The following components will be checked and replaced as required:
- Full service
- Replacement hygiene kit and wind socks (headsets only)
- Headband service (headsets only)
- Battery compartment service and battery replacement
- All wiring replaced or serviced
- Other replacement parts if damaged
- PCB board replacement (depending on model)

All warranty claims MUST be supported by ”Proof of Purchase“. If you do not provide ”Proof of Purchase“ you will be charged a Fixed Rate Repair price for your product.
