Returns & Refunds

Your rights to cancel

We are ISO9001:2008 accredited to ensure the highest quality workmanship is maintained.

We want you to be delighted with your order. If you wish to cancel your order you may do so at any time from the day you placed the order, up to 7 working days starting the day after you received the goods without reason.

A refund of all monies including postage and packing charges, will be made within 30 days of cancellation. Where the goods are not faulty or wrongly delivered by us the goods must be returned at your cost. If you are not able to return the goods, you can arrange to collect the goods and deduct the direct cost from the refund.

Talking Headsets Ltd reserves the right under The Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 not to accept returns of audio or video recordings or computer software, where the consumer has unsealed the goods.

Refunds are made as soon as possible and in any event within 30 days of your order. Talking Headsets Ltd will not be obliged to offer any additional compensation for disappointment suffered

Damaged Goods

On receipt of your goods from Talking Headsets Ltd, please inspect and inform us immediately of any damages or missing items within 7 working days. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

Faulty Goods

If your goods develop a fault within 28 days of receipt please contact us to arrange return and inspection. Generally we will exchange or refund the item provided it is 'as new' and has no faults caused by accident, misuse or neglect.

If your goods develop a fault after 28 days and within its 12 months guarantee we will arrange to repair and return or replace the product to you free of charge. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Returning Faulty Products
